With the rapid rise in the demand for the delivery of goods, there has been a boom in the demand for warehouses and logistics centers throughout southern California and beyond. RECON understands the unique characteristics of warehouse and logistics center projects, including typical key environmental issues such as vehicle miles traveled, noise, air quality, and greenhouse gas emissions analyses. We work with teams to understand the unique operational characteristics of each project to ensure delivery of a defensible environmental document that meets the needs of the applicable agency or agencies. We provide specialized analysis and modeling for the issues of noise, air quality, and greenhouse gas emissions, including evaluation of project consistency with Climate Action Plans.
